Iraq Situation
I was reading about the journalists killed in Iraq and looking at the photographs they took, and so many show people happy when American soldiers are attacked. We think those are the minority and hope that most like that we 'freed' them. But maybe they have a different view?
A country who was attacked by a radical group to which we have no connections, loses 3,600 people and 2 massive buildings. Correctly, it goes after bin Laden, but he gets away. Their force is redirected towards our country as they mistrust our leader who really isn't a great guy, but who holds this country together against Iran. Shock and Awe they called it when their aircraft from carriers, and even from their bases half way around the world blow up our infrastructure and the troops follow and occupy the country. The president is caught, and hung. 600,000 of our country are killed, millions are wounded, and the country looks now more like a moonscape than home. The terrorists that killed the 3,600 now come to our country as they have 150,000 targets here now to shoot at and at the same time, each faction in our country starts shooting at each other.
And Americans wonder why we are not liked there?
