FAQ:
1. Do we limit the project to the original immigrants from Singsaas?
NO! - we started from there but we would never turn down family input.
Other Norwegians that came to Hendricks came for some reason - and I'm betting we can find family links!
It is great to see the intermarriages over time with the Germans and others in the Hendricks area.
2. Do I have to supply the data in a computer format?
No, but it sure makes it easier! We use Family Tree Maker from Broaderbund
which can be purchased for $30 but we will take any printed data and enter the data
unless the volume overwealms us.
3. Do you have support from people in Singsaas Norway?
We have been very fortunate to have been provided electronic family tree information
from friends in Norway and have about 7,000 names on those files.
4. How do you protect our privacy?
We only provide the family tree data that pertains to your lineage and not the whole Hendricks Family File. We trust that
you will not submit the data to any on-line site as it is a work-in-progress and dates for living persons must be considered
confidential..
